Plain Freight is a trading name of Fisto LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Every quote, booking and invoice is with Fisto LLC, and the bank account you pay into is in the name of Fisto LLC. If your bank or accounts team asks who the beneficiary is, that is the answer.

Quotes are written, in US dollars, and priced on what you tell us: product, weight, carton dimensions, origin in China and delivery addresses in the US. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, which is how every air carrier bills.

A quote is a firm price for the shipment as described. Cartons are re-weighed and re-measured at our warehouse in China. If they come out as your packing list describes, you pay exactly what was quoted. If the factory packed them heavier or bulkier, the price moves with the real figures, and we show you the warehouse figures next to the packing list so you can see where any difference came from.

A delivered duty paid (DDP) quote includes US duties on the HS code and declared value we agree before pickup. If the rate changes on review, or a new tariff applies before the goods move, we tell you before anything moves. There are no duty invoices after delivery.

Goods first, then the invoice. Nothing is paid at quote stage, nothing at pickup. Your cartons are collected, counted, weighed and measured at our warehouse in China, and the invoice is issued on those counted numbers. This is the order because the price should be on cartons that exist, not an estimate.

Due on the invoice, before the shipment leaves China. The invoice carries the due date. The shipment departs once payment has landed. Nothing is charged at US import and nothing at delivery.

How to pay. The invoice comes by email from our bank, Mercury, in the name of Fisto LLC, with a pay link and full bank details. It can be settled by ACH transfer, US domestic wire, or international wire in US dollars. We do not take card payments. We charge no payment fee; your own bank may charge for an outgoing wire, and ACH is usually free, so ACH is the cheaper choice from a US account.

One invoice per shipment. If the warehouse figures differ from the packing list, the difference is shown on the invoice itself or settled by a separate credit or invoice. Either way you see both sets of figures.

We need your supplier's commercial invoice and packing list before collection, and an accurate description of the product. We check the HS classification and prepare the customs entry. Declared values and product descriptions come from your documents, and you confirm they are true and complete. If we find a discrepancy we raise it with you before the goods move, not after.

Branded goods need the brand owner's authorisation to import. Hazardous materials, lithium batteries shipped loose, counterfeit goods and anything prohibited for US import are not accepted. If you are unsure whether a product qualifies, ask before you book.

Transit times in a quote are typical times, not a guarantee. Customs examinations, airline capacity and weather can add days, and we tell you as soon as we know.

Cargo insurance is not included unless we agree it in writing before pickup. Without insurance, our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the freight charges paid for that shipment. If the value of your goods is more than you are comfortable carrying on that basis, ask for insurance when you request the quote.

A booking can be cancelled at no charge until the collection van is booked. After collection, the costs already incurred on your shipment (pickup, warehouse handling, any labels or documents produced) are payable, and we tell you the figure before you decide.

Address or consignee changes after collection are possible in most cases. Tell us as early as you can; a change after the US courier label is produced costs a relabel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We may update them; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and the version in force on the day you confirmed a booking applies to that booking.
