China to USA door-to-door delivery
Not everything is a storefront restock. A machine part, a custom furniture order, a sample run, a one-off buy from a Chinese supplier: we pick it up in China and hand it to you at your US door, with customs and duties settled inside one price.
Plain delivery, done properly
Any size from 100 g to 2,000 kg
A single parcel, three cartons, or a small pallet load. Too big for a consumer courier account, too small for a container desk to care: that middle is exactly what we run.
One price to your door
Pickup in China, freight, US customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery, all inside the number you approve. Nothing is collected at the door and nothing shows up on a later invoice.
Customs handled for you
Since the de-minimis exemption ended, even small China shipments need a formal customs entry. Commercial invoice review, HS code check, and a licensed US broker are part of the service, not an extra you arrange.
A person answers
Quotes and updates run around the clock, and when something needs judgment, a human at a real, reachable US company makes the call. You are never routing a claim through a chatbot maze.
How door-to-door delivery works
Describe the shipment
What it is, roughly what it weighs, the pickup city in China, your US address. The instant offer prices it in seconds.
We prepare the crossing
Documents reviewed, HS code confirmed, duty calculated at the real rate. Regulated goods get flagged before pickup.
You approve the exact number
A real invoice from a registered US business, only after the all-in price is in front of you.
Delivered, settled, done
We collect in China, move it, clear it, and deliver it to your door. Updates come to you at each stage.
What to know before you ship
Since the $800 de-minimis exemption ended for Chinese-origin goods, even a small parcel needs a formal customs entry, a correct HS code, and duties paid at the real rate. That is why the cheap freight-only quote is misleading: a complete landed cost includes the freight, US clearance (typically $100 to $175 for a straightforward air shipment), the duties themselves, and final delivery. Our quote is that complete number, fixed before pickup, so nothing is left to settle at the door.
Method follows weight and patience. Air express covers 5 to 7 days door to door and suits anything under 30 kg. Consolidated air runs 7 to 12 days for 30 to 300 kg at roughly half the per-kilogram cost. Sea LCL takes 18 to 28 days port to door and is the cost floor for loads above about 200 kg. Customs adds 1 to 3 days routinely; we pre-prepare the entry so it does not add more.
Two things keep any China shipment out of trouble. The commercial invoice must describe the goods specifically and carry the real transaction value: under-declaring is customs fraud, and CBP checks values against market prices. And regulated goods, from lithium batteries to children's products to food-contact items, carry extra requirements that must be sorted before pickup. We flag both at the quote stage, which is exactly the point of quoting before anything moves.
If customs does hold a shipment, an exam request, a document query, a classification question, we handle it with the broker directly; you hear about it from us with a plan, not from a carrier notice you have to decode. And if a tariff change or reclassification would move the price, we tell you before the goods move so you can decide, not after they land. That is the difference between a delivery service and a cheap label.

Common questions
Can you deliver to a residential address?
Yes. Home, office, storage unit, or business dock, anywhere in the US. Final delivery is part of the all-in price.
I'm importing one item, not running a business. Can you help?
Yes. Single high-value items, a piece of equipment, a custom furniture order, or a sample run are normal shipments for us. The customs entry still has to be done right, and that is included.
What does the all-in price include exactly?
Pickup in China, air or sea freight, US customs clearance by a licensed broker, import duties at your product's real rate, and delivery to your US address. If anything about your goods would change that price, we tell you before pickup, not after arrival.
How long does delivery take?
Air express is 5 to 7 days door to door, consolidated air 7 to 12 days, sea LCL 18 to 28 days port to door. The instant offer shows the options side by side for your shipment.
Is there anything you won't ship?
We do not auto-quote brand-sensitive or restricted goods; a person reviews those and tells you honestly whether we can take them. Counterfeits, no. Honest goods with tricky paperwork, yes, that is the job.
