Plain Freight quotes and books door-to-door shipments for small importers, Amazon FBA sellers and online brands buying from China. We own the customer, the quote and the paperwork. We work with forwarders, warehouses, customs brokers and prep centers who move the cartons, and we are adding partners on the lanes our current network does not cover.
What we are looking for
Sensitive goods lanes
Air or DDP lines from China to the US that take electronics with circuit boards, batteries, cosmetics, supplements, liquids and powders. These are the requests we most often cannot place today.
Small parcels and mid-size loads
Our shipments run from 100 g samples up to about 2,000 kg. A line that handles sub-1 kg parcels well is as useful to us as one that takes a full LCL load.
China pickup coverage
Warehouses and consolidators in Yiwu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo and other supplier cities, so a supplier can drop cartons close to where they make them.
US side
Licensed customs brokers for formal and informal entries, FBA prep centers and 3PLs, and port drayage for sea freight.
The shipments you would move
Our customers are Amazon FBA sellers, TikTok Shop and Shopify brands, Whatnot and Etsy sellers, and small importers buying stock, samples and restocks from Chinese factories. Cartons usually start at a supplier in Zhejiang or Guangdong and end at an Amazon fulfillment center, a US 3PL, or a residential address anywhere in the continental US. We are the customer's single point of contact, so the partner on a shipment deals with us, not with a stranger.
How we work with partners
One provider per shipment
Once a shipment is assigned to you, every operational and pricing conversation about it stays with you. We do not shop a booked shipment around.
Clean hand-offs
Before cartons reach your warehouse you get the domestic tracking number, the carton count and our reference, with our mark on every carton.
Your measurements govern
Cartons bulge when packed. Your warehouse-measured dimensions, not the supplier's packing list, are the basis for your invoice.
Straight answers
If your rates or lanes do not fit what our customers ship, we tell you and keep your details on file, rather than dragging out a negotiation.
What happens after you apply
- A person reads your application and checks your lanes against the shipments we are quoting.
- If there is a fit, we email you a rate request with real shipment details: goods, weight, cartons and destination.
- When your rate works for a customer, we assign that shipment to you and send the pre-alert.
