Freight from China for Whatnot sellers
Cards, sneakers, toys, beauty: we move small mixed lots from your China supplier straight to your door in the US, with duties and customs already in the price. Your landed cost is fixed before your next show, not after.
We know how live selling works
Your show schedule is the deadline
A restock that slips a week is not a logistics detail, it is dead air on stream. Air express lands door to door in 5 to 7 days, and you see both air and sea options with real prices in seconds, not after three days of forwarder email.
Small mixed lots are normal here
A 5 kg box of trading cards, 20 kg of sealed toys, a sneaker lot: that is exactly the size of shipment we built for. From 100 g up to 2,000 kg, small loads are first-class here, never the afterthought behind someone's container.
No surprise duty invoice at the door
Every China shipment now pays US duties, and some Whatnot categories bite hard: footwear can run past 45%. We quote delivered duty paid, so the number you approve is the number you pay. If your category is expensive, you find out before you buy, not at delivery.
Straight to where you stream from
Direct US delivery to your home, garage, storage unit, or 3PL. No freight terminal pickup, no broker chasing you for documents while your show calendar burns.
How a Whatnot restock works with us
Tell us what you're restocking
Product, rough weight, your supplier's city, your US zip. The instant offer shows air and sea prices on screen.
We check the customs side
Category duty rate, authenticity documentation for branded goods, the paperwork your supplier must provide. Anything risky gets flagged before pickup, not at the border.
You approve one number
A real invoice from a registered US business, after you have seen the exact all-in price. No blind wire, no deposits.
It arrives, nothing more to pay
Freight, clearance, duties, and delivery were all in the quote. You get updates without chasing them, and your next show budget stays intact.
What Whatnot sellers should know before ordering
Duty rates vary a lot across Whatnot categories, and they are part of your real unit cost now. Toys and games typically land between 7.5 and 25% combined. Beauty products usually run 10 to 25%, and some cosmetics also need FDA Prior Notice before they enter the US. Footwear is the painful one: base rates reach 37.5% for some constructions, and combined effective rates on certain sneaker categories exceed 45%. Trading cards and collectibles vary widely by classification. We confirm your product's 10-digit HTS code and put the real rate in the quote, so the math happens before you pay your supplier.
Method choice is mostly about weight and your show calendar. Under 30 kg, air express at 5 to 7 days door to door is the default, and for a 5 kg lot the freight cost is roughly $30 to $50. Between 30 and 200 kg, consolidated air at 7 to 12 days costs about half per kilogram. Bulky lots like full cases of figures ride sea LCL if you can plan three to four weeks out. Remember your supplier's production or handling time sits on top of all of these.
The paperwork is where Whatnot shipments most often stumble. The commercial invoice needs a specific, honest description: sneakers listed as sneakers, cards as trading cards, because vague descriptions raise hold risk instead of lowering it. Branded merchandise needs authenticity documentation from the brand or an authorized distributor, and CBP seizes counterfeits without returning them. We review all of it before pickup so your goods do not sit at the border while your show calendar burns.

Common questions
Can you ship my Whatnot inventory directly to my house?
Yes. We deliver to any US address: home, garage, storage unit, or a 3PL. Delivery is included in the all-in price, so there is no terminal pickup and no separate carrier bill.
My lot is only a few kilograms. Is that too small?
No. We handle shipments from 100 g up to 2,000 kg. A 5 kg box of trading cards is a normal shipment for us, and air express keeps it at roughly $30 to $50 of freight.
How fast can I restock between shows?
Air express runs 5 to 7 days door to door from supplier dispatch. Add your supplier's production or handling time on top when planning a show calendar.
What about branded goods like sneakers or licensed cards?
Branded merchandise needs authenticity documentation, and CBP seizes counterfeits without returning them. We flag brand-sensitive shipments at the quote stage and tell you what paperwork is needed before anything moves. Footwear also carries some of the highest duty rates, sometimes above 45%, which our quote includes upfront.
Will I get a duty bill when the goods arrive?
No. Our quotes are DDP (delivered duty paid): US customs clearance and import duties are inside the one price you approve. Nothing extra is collected at delivery.
