Freight from China to Amazon FBA
Amazon will not clear customs for you, and since January 2026 it will not fix your prep either. We handle the part Amazon refuses to: customs in your name, compliant cartons, and delivery against your shipping plan, in one price you approve first.
We know what Amazon expects at the door
Customs first, Amazon second
Your goods clear US customs with you as importer of record; Amazon takes no part in it. We prepare the entry, the HS code review, and the duty calculation before pickup, so the FBA leg never stalls at the border.
Prep is now entirely on you. So it's on us.
Since January 1, 2026, non-compliant units are rejected and returned, not fixed in-warehouse. We make sure FNSKU labels, poly bagging, and carton labels match your shipping plan before the goods reach Amazon.
One vendor instead of three
Freight, customs broker, and the FBA-compliant handoff usually means coordinating three companies. Here it is one all-in DDP price and one thread of updates, sized for restocks from a single carton to two pallets.
Restock without stockouts
For proven SKUs we quote parallel legs: sea carries the base inventory at the lowest cost per kg, air covers spikes. A customs exam on the sea leg stops being an emergency.

Compliant cartons reach Amazon
Palletized deliveries get their carrier appointment booked through Amazon's system. You see each stage without chasing anyone.
What FBA sellers should know before ordering
The January 2026 rule change is the one that catches sellers out: Amazon ended all in-warehouse prep and labeling services in the US. FNSKU labels, poly bagging, and bundling must be complete before cartons reach the warehouse, and non-compliant shipments are rejected and returned at your expense rather than fixed for a fee. That makes the US prep step the main risk-control point in the whole chain, which is why we verify compliance against your shipping plan before delivery instead of hoping the supplier got it right.
Customs always comes first. Your goods clear as a normal import with you as importer of record: commercial invoice, HS code, duties including Section 301, a formal entry through a licensed broker. Amazon takes no part in any of it. Create your shipment plan in Seller Central before the goods are packed, because carton labels and FNSKU placement depend on the plan details, and coordinate that timing with the freight leg.
On method: express courier reaches the warehouse in 5 to 7 days, air freight in 5 to 10, and sea LCL in 25 to 35 days to West Coast warehouses or 35 to 50 to the East Coast. Palletized freight needs standard 40 x 48 inch pallets within Amazon's limits, ISPM-15 heat treatment to clear customs, and a delivery appointment booked through Amazon's carrier system. For proven SKUs, sea carries the base inventory while air covers spikes, so one delayed container never stocks you out.

Common questions
Can you ship straight from my supplier to the FBA warehouse?
The goods must clear US customs first and be fully prep-compliant, because Amazon no longer corrects units in-warehouse. We run that flow end to end: customs entry, prep verification, then delivery against your shipping plan. From your side it behaves like supplier-to-FBA.
Who is the importer of record for an FBA shipment?
You are. Amazon never acts as importer of record and will not clear customs. We prepare and file the entry in your name through a licensed US broker, with duties calculated at your product's HTS rate and included in the quote.
What happens if my cartons are not compliant?
Since January 2026 Amazon rejects and returns non-compliant shipments at the seller's expense. That is why we verify FNSKU labels, poly bagging, and carton labels against your shipping plan before delivery, so the answer is: it does not get that far.
Can you handle palletized FBA freight?
Yes. Standard 40 x 48 inch pallets within Amazon's limits, ISPM-15 heat-treated for customs, with the delivery appointment booked through Amazon's carrier system. Pallet specs and appointments are part of the service, not your homework.
How much does China to FBA shipping cost?
Express courier typically $6 to $10 per kg all-in, air freight $3 to $6 per kg, sea LCL the cost floor for loads above about 1 CBM. Our quote is DDP, so duties (including Section 301) and clearance are already inside the number, and the instant offer below prices your exact load.
