What Plain Freight can do for you today, newest first. We ship from anywhere in China to any US address, from a 100 g sample to a 2,000 kg pallet, with one all-in price. This page lists only things that already work. Nothing here is a promise about next quarter.
Your own shipment dashboard
Every customer now has a private page with everything they have with us: each order and where it stands, each quote request, and our whole conversation. No more digging through your inbox for the right thread or asking us where a parcel is. You open it from the personal link in our emails. There is no password to create or forget.
No link to hand? Go to your account page, type the email you use with us, and we email you a 6-digit login code that works for 10 minutes. We only send it to an address we have already been in touch with, so nobody can open your page by guessing your email.
Every order, every step
Each shipment shows a status rail from booking through collection in China, invoice, transit, US customs and delivery, with the date of the last update. One click opens the full tracking record.
Your quote requests
Every price you asked us for, with the product, weight, destination and where it stands: received, quote sent, booked or closed. Need another one? The New quote link is right next to the list.
The whole conversation in one thread
Our emails and the messages you write on the dashboard sit together, oldest first, with the quoted history trimmed so each message reads on its own.
Write to us and attach files
A message box at the bottom takes text plus photos, PDFs, spreadsheets and Word files: a carton label, a packing list, a supplier invoice. We answer by email, and the reply shows up on your dashboard too. Replying to any of our emails still works exactly as before.
Tracking unlocks with payment
While an order waits on its invoice, the dashboard says so. Once the invoice is paid, the carrier tracking number appears on the order.
Private by design
The page is never indexed by search engines, shows only your own orders and messages, and you can log out from any device. If a link ever ends up somewhere it should not, ask us and we replace it; the old one stops working at once.

Printable tracking record
Every order has a tracking page with a print button. Save it as a PDF or forward it to your supplier as proof of where the goods are.
Pay by ACH, no fee
You get a real invoice from a registered US business only after you approve the exact price in writing, and you pay it by ACH from your US bank account. No international wire, no currency conversion, no payment fee.
Branded products ship
Goods carrying a brand name are accepted and priced up front on a dedicated channel, with the price firm before you book.
Your AI can quote and track
A public API and an MCP server let AI agents get a price and read a shipment's status without an account. Details on the for AI agents page.

Our China to USA price index, a chargeable-weight table and a sourced timeline of US import rule changes, free to use and cite.
